Yvette Cannas, owner of Bacio Salon, is dedicated to serving Raleigh’s most discerning clientele with exceptional expertise and passion.
My love for hair runs deep, and I take great pride in delivering honest, insightful guidance on color maintenance and realistic expectations. With extensive experience across premier color lines—Davines, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, L’Oréal, and Wella—I skillfully interpret and recreate formulas to ensure consistent, flawless results for each client.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to beauty in all its forms—art, music, nature, and most of all, people. As a teenager, hair and makeup became more than a hobby; they became a way to explore identity and express transformation. The ability to shift your look—even just for a moment—still feels deeply empowering to me.
After high school, I moved south from New England to pursue cosmetology, turning a creative outlet into a true calling. Today, my greatest passion lies in helping others see the beauty they already possess—enhancing what’s there and bringing it to life in a way that feels uniquely you.

LYNDSAY - STYLIST

I’m an Aveda-trained stylist with a deep love for enhancing natural beauty and helping people feel their absolute best. I specialize in lived-in color—those effortless, low-maintenance tones that grow out seamlessly and always look like you woke up like this.
Creating hair and makeup looks for weddings and special events is another passion of mine—there’s something magical about helping someone feel radiant for their big moment. Every look I create is rooted in intention, artistry, and joy.
I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your beauty journey!

SARAH- STYLIST

With over 15 years of experience, Sarah brings both artistry and heart to every guest experience. She has worked behind the scenes at fashion shows and spent recent years specializing in bridal styling, creating personalized looks that help each client feel confident and beautiful.
After focusing on weddings, yoga teaching, and family, Sarah felt called back to salon life—where creativity, connection, and community come together. She’s excited to join Bacio, to connect with guests, and continue growing with the team.
Currently Accepting Models for: Long layered haircuts, medium-long one-length haircuts, highlights, balayge highlights.
Specialties: Updo’s, blow outs
Education: Paul Mitchell The School Raleigh, advanced training with Hiroshi Kitamura, Martin Parsons, and Bumble & Bumble University in NYC.
Personal: Sarah is also a yoga teacher, bringing mindfulness and balance into both her work and life. She is married and a proud mom of three who loves spending quality time with her family.

With over 20 years behind the chair, Lillian brings a wealth of experience, heart, and artistry to every appointment. After spending the last 10 years running her own private suite, she’s excited to be back in a collaborative salon environment—connecting with people, building community, and doing what she loves most.
Lillian She’s passionate about creating styles that truly reflect who you are, not just what’s trending. Her approach is thoughtful and customized, designing hair that works beautifully with your texture, routine, and personal style.
What Lillian loves most about being a hairstylist is the connection. She finds joy in helping clients step outside their comfort zone, building trust and friendships behind the chair, and empowering guests with hair knowledge they can use between appointments. For Lillian, great hair is more than a look—it is confidence, self-expression, and a relationship built over time.

JENNIFER - EMERGING STYLIST
Jennifer is an emerging stylist and is apart of our model program. Please inquire in the form below to become a model. Currently accepting models for curly cuts, long/short one length cuts, pixie, layer cuts.

I am a passionate hairstylist who sees every appointment as both an art and a journey. Whether it’s balayage, gray coverage, or a fresh cut, I love creating soft, natural looks that enhance your features and fit your lifestyle—helping you feel confident, refreshed, and authentically yourself. Every transformation starts with trust, and I feel honored to be part of yours.

MARIE- MANAGER
You will find Marie at our Front Desk in the afternoon and evenings. She has been a professional freelance makeup artist for the last 14 years. She provides on location make up services for weddings and events.
When she’s not working, you will find her traveling the world creating life experiences. She is an intrinsic part of our Bacio Team.
Model Program
Our Bacio Model Program gives guests the opportunity to receive salon services at a reduced rate—or occasionally complimentary—while helping our team grow through advanced education, content creation, and portfolio building.
Models may be needed for services such as haircuts, color transformations, grey blending, smoothing treatments, extensions, and specialty styling.
